We're looking for a versatile and performance-driven Digital Experience Designer to join our Marketing team and bring the Pela and Lomi brands to life across our digital storefronts. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, and a strong grasp of how to connect brand storytelling with business performance.
About 80% of your time will be spent designing for our website, including category landing pages, homepage banners, new landing pages, updating PDPs, and creative assets to support seasonal campaigns and product launches. The remaining 20% will focus on supporting ad creative and email design, aligning visual narratives across channels.
What You'll Do:
- Design and maintain key site elements such as homepage banners, product/category landing pages, and seasonal campaign hubs
- Collaborate with growth, content, and product marketing teams to create new landing pages that support launches, promotions, and evergreen initiatives
- Own the design execution for onsite storytelling—using visuals to communicate benefits, product features, and brand values in a high-converting way
- Proactively identify new creative opportunities to improve site performance (conversion, AOV, engagement)
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first design best practices across all web experiences
- Build cohesive onsite experiences aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Leverage emerging tools (including AI) to experiment, streamline workflows, and increase creative output
- Design email templates and modules that support campaign performance and brand consistency
- Create ad visuals (static and lightweight motion) that communicate clear value propositions and drive engagement
- Work cross-functionally with performance and lifecycle teams to align on messaging, target audiences, and creative goals
- 3–5 years of experience in web design, ideally within ecommerce or a DTC consumer product brand
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered web design, mobile-first layouts, and high-performing digital creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma or similar UI tools
- Solid understanding of ecommerce UX/UI best practices, conversion principles, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for multiple screen sizes and optimizing for performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, etc.)
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using with Klaviyo and Shopify
$57,000-$75,000 CAD
