Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the implementation of a new scheduling software across Canada in home health. With our first pilot about to launch, we are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the execution of our project plan, ensuring a smooth rollout across multiple districts over the next two years. Your primary responsibility will be to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

- Lead a cross-functional team responsible for executing the transition plan.
- Update and manage the project plan to reflect progress, dependencies, and evolving priorities.
- Define project milestones and timelines to ensure timely implementation.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and take corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Coordinate communication and alignment across various departments and teams involved in the transition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and end-users.
- Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and solicit feedback.
- Implement change management initiatives to support end-users in adopting the new scheduling platform.
- Proactively identify and address resistance to change, leveraging communication and training initiatives.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data migrated to the new scheduling platform.
- Provide post-implementation support to address any issues or concerns that arise after the transition.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex implementation projects, preferably involving software or system migrations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms and related technologies is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
