We are a remote-first, venture-backed startup at the heart of the FinTech movement and we’re reshaping financial services and banking for small businesses across America. We Marketing. You’ll work with our world-class Marketing Team reporting into our Lead Designer. You’ll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E-Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more. If you are ready to make a significant impact, this role is for you.

Requirements
The skills required for this role -
- You have 2-5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer
- You have a strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- You have the ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing to evolving visual systems.
- You have experience with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects)
- You have successfully designed digital assets including marketing banners, product mockups, email visuals, and social media graphics.
- You have the ability to interpret and apply a visual identity across various platforms.
- You have familiarity with versioning for multi-channel campaigns (email, mobile, web).
- You can deliver pixel-perfection when needed (e.g. in UI components).
- You have strong QA instincts for typography, spacing, responsiveness, and legibility.
