Key Responsibilities

  • Showcase available suites to prospective tenants and support them throughout the application process.
  • Manage property marketing and advertising, including signage, promotional programs, and listing updates.
  • Facilitate all leasing documentation, including tenancy agreements, addendums, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain an organized database of rental leads, ensuring all interactions are tracked and followed up on promptly.
  • Schedule and conduct property tours, recording activities in the property management system.
  • Stay well-versed in property details, availability, amenities, and the surrounding community.
  • Perform daily suite inspections to ensure units are show-ready.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with applicants, keeping them informed of their application status.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the BC Residential Tenancy Act, Fire Code, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving tenant concerns quickly and professionally, escalating where needed.

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in residential leasing or a related customer-focused industry.
  • Property Management or Real Estate Trading Services License (preferred, not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with contract administration and leasing procedures.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
