Job Purpose
The primary role for the incumbent is to provide brand and franchise business intelligence support as well as forecasting, and analytics support within Sanofi. This role will be the lead for a specific franchise/therapeutic area with the objective to facilitate the collection, interpretation and dissemination of customer insights to strengthen insight driven decision making.

Job Purpose
The primary role for the incumbent is to provide brand and franchise business intelligence support as well as forecasting, and analytics support within Sanofi. This role will be the lead for a specific franchise/therapeutic area with the objective to facilitate the collection, interpretation and dissemination of customer insights to strengthen insight driven decision making.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead annual strategic planning processes with Finance and conduct in-depth franchise reviews, managing environmental assessments and market intelligence.
- Drive innovative forecasting models to predict sales potential across all stages of product development and support profitability evaluations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business intelligence plans for franchises/TAs, serving as the primary point of contact for prioritizing actions.
- Design and/or operate reporting systems (KPIs, dashboards, scorecards) to assess brand performance and identify trends and issues.
- Partner with commercial teams, finance, and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and support long-range planning processes.
- Develop tools and methodologies that provide insights for strategic decision-making and evaluate business proposals.
- Identify and coordinate operational, technological, and skill changes required to successfully implement strategies.
- Provide strategic business intelligence to support marketing/brand plans that prioritize patient needs.
- Build key internal relationships across affiliates, regions, and global teams to share best practices and influence business operations strategy.
- Minimum bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
- 5+ years biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience in sales, marketing, business operations, or analytics.
- Team/project management experience with sales/operational orientation.
- Expert in CRM, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL, SAP, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional leadership experience; ability to build consensus without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (French an asset).
