Maintenance Coordinator (2025-8451)

Description

The Maintenance Coordinator is a temporary contract position provided through the Canada Summer Jobs program

• The contract will run approximately 9 weeks at 30 hours weekly
• Start date is as soon as possible
  
  

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE

Under the direction of the Environmental Service Manager, the Maintenance Coordinator will support building maintenance for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

The Canada Summer Jobs Program requires

• The position is open to any youth between the ages of 15-30 years old
• The position is open to any Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly Support with Landscaping
• Support annual Suite Maintenance - including suite audits, automatic door closers, and common areas
• Deep clean windows in all suites
• Support suite turn process
• Research, catalog and create database of all serial numbers and information for all mechanical devices in the building
• Support the OH&S committee as member at large
