As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be dedicated to the Functions customer base on the Core business side. You will be in charge of the recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new talent. You will act as a recruitment referent for a portfolio of diversified customers (Legal, IT, Communication, Innovation..) to support them in their strategic development in terms of manpower needs
What You Will Do
- You'll master the entire recruitment process, from requirement intake to offer signature, conducting strategic research, interviewing and providing feedback to your client groups;
- You will be creative in your sourcing techniques, using the best resources for the job;
- You will take full ownership of the candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for the Pomerleau brand and developing creative ways to showcase our initiatives to become an employer of choice;
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through the experiences and advice you provide to your customer groups from coast to coast;
- You're always one step ahead, connecting with passive candidates and building strategic talent pipelines for upcoming projects;
- You take care of the integration of new employees, support onboarding and provide additional assistance when needed;
- Do you like networking? No problem! You enjoy being present in your local community to support the development of Pomerleau's brand image and create memorable first impressions;
- You act as a strategic support and subject matter expert for your customer groups, providing coaching and thought leadership on recruiting best practices, interview techniques and candidate experience.
This role could be for you if you have
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition under your belt, preferably in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of your recruitment metrics and can speak to your solid track record.
- A knack for building exceptional relationships with your internal and external stakeholders and client groups.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor where you love meeting to faces at any place and any time.
- Experience working in and maintaining an updated talent pipeline in an Applicant Tracking
- System, experience working with Avature a Bonus.
