What roles are we looking to fill?

• Deli Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with selections, and answering questions about deli products
• Slice meats and cheeses to order, prepare deli trays, sandwiches, and other prepared foods according to customer preferences and company recipes
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the deli department, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and display cases, and disposing of waste properly
• Keep track of inventory levels for deli products, notify management of low stock, and assist with restocking as needed
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation practices, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control of deli items to prevent contamination and ensure product freshness
• Safely operate slicing machines, scales, and other deli equipment, following manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of deli items, including weights, prices, and expiration dates, in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist customers with placing orders for deli trays or special requests, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation
