About The Role


As a CBRE Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and delivering IT and IoT projects that align with business objectives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on time.

This role is hybrid in office in Toronto.

What You'll Do


  • Oversee multiple IT and IoT projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, IT security standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leverage tools such as Asana to track and monitor project progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology projects with business goals.
  • Deliver clear, well-organized updates and presentations to collaborators, ensuring clarity on project progress and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and senior leaders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, manage relationships, and monitor compliance with agreements.
  • Oversee resource allocation across project teams, ensuring the right resources are available to meet project demands. Find opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve overall project success.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. CSM, CSP or PSM certification required.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry or familiarity with its business cycle and supporting applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, Cyber Security, IT architectures, and various technologies to support project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Asana or similar platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
