Omnitrans is currently searching for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales department in Montreal.
Bilingualism (French, English) is a must for this role.

Omnitrans is currently searching for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales department in Montreal.
Bilingualism (French, English) is a must for this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and research
- Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential interest in products or services
- Create and input sales leads into contact management system
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers
- Maintain and follow up prospect log
- Set up appointments with/for Account Executives
- Report daily and weekly sales activities
- Explain product/service pricing, terms, and conditions effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Provide feedback to management on market needs and opportunities
- Initiate and assist in targeted sales plans for business development programs by industry.
- College diploma
- A minimum of 3 years business development experience
- Confident with strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to persuade
- Resilience in handling rejection, maintaining motivation and focus on achieving sales goals
- Technical logistics knowledge is an asset
- Customer focused and able to effectively identify customers’ needs
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies
- Ability to analyze sales data, metrics, and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Efficiency and organization skills
- MS Office computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bilingual; (French and English) written and spoken
