We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to grow our portfolio of Restaurant Partners across the GTA and beyond. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new restaurant partners to fill our Kitchen Hub locations. As a key member of our Sales team, you will work closely with our Site Development, Operations and Marketing Teams. You will have the opportunity for ownership and creative input to determine how best to achieve goals and targets with a focus on identifying top prospects, building relationships, curating our food halls, and driving deal flow from first contact to signed agreement.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new restaurant partners to fill our Kitchen Hub locations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective Restaurant Partners
- Conduct outreach and prospecting through calls, emails, referrals, and networking
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and in-person/virtual site tours
- Support the nurturing of long-term deals and relationships in the sales pipeline
- Establish solid relationships and trust with new deals and existing customers
- Negotiate and close deals aligned with curation, occupancy and revenue goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to support sales efforts
- Maintain up-to-date records and forecasting in HubSpot CRM
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to identify leads and build brand awareness
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (restaurant, hospitality, real estate, or foodtech is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Google Suite proficiency
- Hubspot/CRM proficiency
- Experience with AI sales tools is a plus
- Superior organizational and relationship building skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for the restaurant industry and understanding of delivery-first models
- Based in the Greater Toronto Area and comfortable with hybrid work (remote/in-office/client meetings)
- Experience working with, and selling to, the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of corporate real estate
- Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of, and thoughtful opinions of, top restaurant brands
