We’re looking for an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and leading the successful execution of high-impact projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven experience in account management who’s ready to take full ownership of client communication, operations, and strategic coordination.
In this role, you’ll manage client relationships end-to-end, oversee schedules, track budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every deliverable is executed with precision. You’ll act as the operational backbone across departments and stakeholders—ensuring clarity, momentum, and consistently excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships through consistent, professional communication, project management, and attention to client goals.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact, ensuring timely responses, clear updates, and proactive problem-solving tailored to each client’s needs.
- Support the development and execution of customized quarterly marketing strategies in collaboration with internal specialists to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all work aligns with the client’s strategy and agreed scope.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, such as upselling services or suggesting new initiatives based on performance insights and client goals.
- Support invoicing and budget tracking for your accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the overall account strategy.
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking, helping prepare client-facing updates that highlight results and actionable insights.
- Anticipate client needs and flag any potential challenges or roadblocks early, collaborating internally to find effective solutions.
- Contribute to internal account processes, including CRM updates, task management, and documentation to ensure team alignment and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client-facing operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in marketing, digital, or agency settings is an asset
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with confidence and efficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and client rapport
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Comfortable owning timelines, budgets, and deliverables with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and a commitment to delivering excellence
- Proficient with project and communication tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and CRM or task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
