Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring Lead Hand Operators in Wawa, ON for year-round highway maintenance work. This full-time, union position supports both winter and seasonal infrastructure upkeep while also playing a key leadership role. What You’ll Need

• Valid AZ or DZ licence with air brake endorsement
• A 3-year clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Prior experience operating snowplows or wheel loaders preferred
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Leadership or previous Lead Hand experience
• Strong safety awareness and reporting ability
• Experience in MTO contract environments
• Flexible schedule for on-call or night work
