Voldex is looking for a self-starter to join us as our new Junior Art Production Manager to assist the Senior Art Production Manager for Driving Empire. This role will help ensure our high volume of branded vehicles are released to partner specifications, and on a weekly basis to optimize our player engagement. This role will collaborate across the Game Team with the Product, Engineering, and Growth department members.

Voldex is looking for a self-starter to join us as our new Junior Art Production Manager to assist the Senior Art Production Manager for Driving Empire. This role will help ensure our high volume of branded vehicles are released to partner specifications, and on a weekly basis to optimize our player engagement. This role will collaborate across the Game Team with the Product, Engineering, and Growth department members.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate design requests: submit and manage 2D design tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
- Initiate and track 3D modeling requests for car production.
- Maintain and update progress reports, tracking team deliverables and performance metrics to keep project milestones on target.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardization initiatives across our vehicle-modeling pipeline.
- Support the team by reviewing and managing spreadsheets, documentation, and data organization.
- Lead our weekly QA and release process, including config preparation and build testing.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, production coordination, or other applicable role in a small team or startup environment
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
- Proficient with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, JIRA or similar platforms, including status updates and reporting
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal (bonus points for experience working with global teams or fully distributed)
- Game industry experience is a huge asset (but not required)
- Passion for gaming and player engagement is a must
