Position Summary

The Business Intelligence - Operations Lead will be responsible for identifying trends, optimizing logistics, inventory, and forecasting processes, and improving decision-making across the Waukesha supply chain by leveraging business intelligence and ERP tools

In This Position, You Will

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources within the supply chain.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize BI (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP (Oracle) tools and technologies to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in logistics, inventory management, and forecasting.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through effective data presentation.
  • Develop data-driven solutions to address challenges and improve processes.
  • Continuously improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for analysis.
  • Collaborate ross-functionally across the Waukesha business unit (predominantly) and INNIO Group, including Operations, IT, Supply chain & Quality.

Position Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, mathematical and statistical skills, ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficient with BI (Tableau) and ERP (Oracle - Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, VCP and Demantra) solutions and technologies.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data analysis and supply chain management.
