Under the direction of the IT Service Desk Team Lead, you will support the execution of a company-wide hardware replacement initiative. In this 6 months contract role, you’ll be responsible for deploying new devices, ensuring smooth transitions for end users, and maintaining high standards of technical support throughout the process. You’ll play a key role in modernizing our IT infrastructure by solving challenges, coordinating with teams, and delivering a seamless upgrade experience.

In this role you will :
- Deploy and configure new Windows 11 PCs across the organization.
- Migrate user data and settings from legacy systems to new devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during and post-deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventory and deployment status.
- Provide on-site and remote support to end-users as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Proven experience in PC deployment, imaging, and hardware replacement.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Bilingual English / French, spoken and written.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar certification.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and scripting (PowerShell is a plus).
