We are seeking a .Net Lead with SQL to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications, combining legacy systems and "Cloud First" solutions primarily using C#, .NET Core, and the Azure cloud platform. This role requires strong full-stack development capabilities, database expertise, and leadership in cloud-native engineering. You will be responsible for delivering performant, scalable software, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and driving best practices across the software lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform systems
  • Write clean, testable, high-quality code with a focus on automation and validation (You Build You Own model)
  • Perform complex engineering tasks including performance tuning, deployment, monitoring, and support
  • Evaluate and implement vendor tools to simplify architectural complexity
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment (Azure preferred)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to align on priorities and system requirements
  • Design and develop APIs for omni-channel clients and build scalable UI components
  • Own full software development lifecycle—from concept to production deployment
  • Analyze, design, modify, and document business application solutions
  • Create programming specifications and lead code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance
  • Develop logical data models and relational database definitions across varied computing environments
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and practices


Technical Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience managing full software development lifecycles
  • 6+ years of experience in .NET and C# development
  • 6+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and design
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership and project coordination
  • 3+ years in full-stack cloud-native development (Azure or AWS – Azure preferred)
  • Experience with big data and event streaming (Kafka, Spark)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Sonar
  • Hands-on experience with QA tools: Selenium, Cucumber, NUnit, SoapUI, Postman
  • Proficiency in Unix shell scripting
  • Certification in .Net or cloud technologies preferred

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.88/hour - $54.50/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
