The Opportunity
The Test Invigilator is responsible for invigilating exams held in Regular and Accommodated Testing, ensuring academic integrity is maintained.
These exams include SAIT accommodated exams, Continuing education exams, placement, deferred, supplemental, challenge and external exams. There may also be opportunities for weekend invigilation of IELTS (International English Language Testing System) examinations
The Test Invigilator must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work in sometime stressful situations

The Role
-
- Invigilate Exams:
- Facilitate exams for students and act as an invigilator as per established procedures.
- Report issues and exam incidents as required.
- Organization and data entry:
- Monitor emails and phone calls within both testing Centres.
- Enter information into exam booking database for scheduling and tracking, booking and filing exams during peak hours.
- Arrange exam locations for all students requiring accommodations.
Qualifications & Experience

- High School Diploma and some post-secondary education.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer service field is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must NOT be a SAIT student (Academic integrity requirements).
