What You’ll Like About This Job

This permanent full-time position involves operating and maintaining an asphalt plant to meet production targets and ensure material quality. Operators will perform routine inspections, coordinate with dispatch and truckers, and keep detailed records. This is a solid role for mechanically minded professionals with plant or equipment experience.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years of asphalt plant operating experience
• High school diploma
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Physical fitness and safety mindset
• Availability for weekend, night, and overtime shifts
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with Astec asphalt plant systems
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Heavy machinery or equipment background
