- Operate CNC machines efficiently and safely
- Interpret engineering drawings and process sheets accurately
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
- Troubleshoot processes across various material types
- Follow and maintain safe work practices including WHMIS requirements
- Ensure traceability and compliance with product process standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles
- Communicate effectively with plant personnel and maintain positive working relationships
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in a related technical field is an asset
- Understanding of GD&T and production traceability procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual handling skills
- Experience reading and interpreting process sheets and production sheets
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Basic math skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Previous CNC machining or production line experience
- Exposure to SPS, 5S, or other continuous improvement frameworks
- Familiarity with quality systems and inspection protocols
