YOUR IMPACT

As a Lead Analytics Product Owner in our Data& Analytics Solutions Team, you will oversee the end-to-end development, management, and lifecycle of Analytics Data Products that drive strategic decisions and create business value. You will ensure our Analytics Products consistently perform at their best while aligning with broader organizational goals.
As we switch to focus on Data Products, a key responsibility will be shaping and influencing the overall Analytics Product strategy. As we redefine how we deliver analytic solutions, you will play a significant role in influencing this transformation and ensuring its success capturing and managing the backlog.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute analytical product requirements that support their strategic objectives. By guiding product roadmaps, collaborating with architecture, and engineering teams, you will ensure timely and successful delivery of data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders managing operational processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of our supporting data products.
With deep expertise in data operations, product management, and stakeholder engagement, you will bring both strategic insight and tactical execution to the role. Your background in data analytics and solution design will be key in driving impactful outcomes. Ideally, you will be a self-starter with a proventrack record in similar roles at other data-driven organizations.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • To partner with others and lead the reimagination of data solution delivery, shaping the strategy and execution of insightful Data Products that drive business value.
  • To identify business needs, define analytical Data Products, and oversee their implementation, tracking KPIs to measure success.
  • To define and communicatea clear vision and strategy for identified Data Products to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • To engage with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine Data Product features, ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving business requirements.
  • To collaborate closely with other data product owners, data architects, engineers, and technical teams to translate Data Product needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • To leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and prioritize improvements to identified Data Products.
  • To actively manage Data Product backlogs, prioritize feature development, and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in a data analytics field a definite plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical data analyst role, focusing on defining data products or analytics solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
