Senior Product Manager
Trackunit

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for critical product execution and go-to-market efforts in North America. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and that launches are impactful, aligned, and measurable.
This is a demanding role for someone who thrives on complexity and change. You’ll be stepping into an environment where not everything is figured out. Where frameworks are still evolving, decisions can be decentralized, and effective informal leadership is needed to create momentum. If you’re someone who brings clarity, aligns people across regions, and moves work forward despite friction, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll join a group of product peers and help shape how we collaborate across EMEA and NA. Your voice matters, especially in a setup where product leadership in NA is limited. That makes this role both a challenge and a rare opportunity to lead from the front.
With locations in the hearts of London, ON and Kitchener, ON we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
- A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 450 employees.
- International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
- We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
- Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
- Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. And this priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here.
- You’ve done product management in a B2B SaaS or platform/industrial software environment.
- You're an effective communicator who knows how to work asynchronously and across time zones.
- You’re experienced in the full product lifecycle: from backlog refinement and sprint execution to coordinating with go-to-market teams.
- You’re adept at navigating trade-offs, bringing cross-functional clarity, and moving work forward.
- You bring commercial awareness and know how to define and measure progress with data and feedback loops.
- You stay focused on outcomes and progress, even in evolving or complex setups.
- You’re collaborative and pragmatic. Comfortable aligning when you can, and pushing forward when you can’t.
- You focus on delivering impact, not just output, and you own what you build.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
- Manage end-to-end product execution: Own the build process from backlog refinement to release, working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Lead go-to-market efforts: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launches are aligned, well-orchestrated, and supported by clear enablement.
- Create clarity across functions: Align teams on scope, trade-offs, and timelines, especially where regional context, dependencies, or ambiguity exist.
- Build effective async collaboration: Communicate clearly across time zones and stakeholders, using structured, proactive updates to keep momentum.
- Shape how we work: Contribute to evolving product practices, frameworks, and rituals, rather than just following what exists.
- Anchor product in the region: Take informal leadership in NA—bringing visibility to what matters locally and ensuring impact beyond your own product area.
We’ll be taking some well-deserved downtime from late July to early August. So if you’re waiting to hear from us during that time, no need to worry. We’ll keep you updated on progress and pauses throughout the process
Also, don't waste your time on writing the best possible cover letter for the job. We want you to create an impact that matters, and that's not in the cover letter.
- Virtual meet and greet. Meet Henrik Leerberg, SVP of Product Management and the hiring manager for this role.
- Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. Our Hogan assessment enables us to understand your abilities and how you align with our team culture. Instead of seeking 'appropriate' responses, the priority is to develop a meaningful exchange that illustrates your synergy with the Trackunit team.
- Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or projects related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
- If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
- Offer presentation and walk-through. We’re lucky to have you!
