Responsibilities / Skills Needed

• Design and configuration of a complex multi-tenant Siebel implementation and its integration with subsidiary systems like Oracle Service Cloud and GIS (ArcGIS)
• Develop and maintain in Siebel Architecture and Data Model
• Documenting processes and technical designs and updating build books.
• Provide accurate estimates for proposed features/enhancements and review the estimates from other team members for completeness and accuracy.
• Plan and develop data migration strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient with Siebel Tools and Client in configuration and customization of Siebel Objects at multiple levels like Applets, Business Components, Screens, Views, Joins, Links, MVGs, Pick Lists, Associate & Shuttle Applets, Toggle Applets and Drilldowns.
• Knowledge and experience to evaluate fit/gap analysis between high-level requirements and Oracle Siebel Public Sector capabilities.
• Siebel data model, Data model extension, EIM
• Oracle Service Cloud (OSC)
• J2EE, JavaScript, jQuery, Jscript bootstrap framework, REST web service
