This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement will allow you to work some days at a TCHC work location and the rest of the time from home. The amount of time required to work at a TCHC work location is flexible, while considering operational and service delivery requirements.

Make a difference

Reporting to the Director, Procurement Centre of Excellence, the Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading procurement analytics, data quality management, performance metrics tracking, system enablement and reporting functions that support TCHC’s strategic and operational procurement goals.

This role supports strategic and operational procurement goals by delivering accurate, actionable insights, maintaining high-quality procurement data, and enabling system-based reporting and decision-making.

The Manager will work collaboratively with teams across Strategic Procurement, including Category Management, Sourcing, Contract Administration, and Vendor Management, as well as internal partners such as Finance and Operations. The role also provides leadership to team members supporting procurement data, reporting, and analytics functions.

What You’ll Do

Procurement Data Quality Management:

  • Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of procurement data across systems such as Yardi.
  • Maintain sourcing templates, data fields, and reporting workflows to support standardized and reliable procurement operations.
  • Lead data quality practices such as periodic data reviews, cleansing, and remediation in alignment with TCHC standards.
  • Provide guidance to procurement staff on data entry protocols and system usage to promote data quality and compliance.

Procurement Performance Metrics Tracking

  • Design, develop and maintain procurement dashboards to track key procurement performance metrics such as sourcing cycle time, contract compliance rates, training completed, PO cycle time, spend under management, realized savings, etc.
  • Define, maintain and update procurement KPIs in collaboration with category management, sourcing and contract administration and vendor management teams.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and executive level summaries to information leadership decision making, operational planning and continuous improvement.

System Enablement

  • Evaluate and optimize the ongoing use of procurement systems (e.g., Bonfire, Yardi, CLM platforms) to improve usability, reporting capabilities, and data quality.
  • Support the selection, implementation, and rollout of new procurement systems, including data migration, testing, and end-user training, as applicable.
  • Collaborate with IT to align procurement system functionality with enterprise data and reporting needs.

Procurement Analytics

  • Provide procurement data insights to support sourcing initiatives, vendor performance assessments, and sourcing pipeline tracking.
  • Provide reports on contract expiry timelines, renewal risks, and vendor metrics to support the contract and vendor management functions.
  • Monitor market intelligence and supply chain trends using internal data and available third-party tools to enable category managers to enhance category strategies.
  • Compile procurement data for regulatory, audit, and risk management reporting requirements, where requested.

What You’ll Need

  • College Diploma Business, Finance (University Diploma Business, Finance or IT, Procurement Certification, i.e., OPBA, SCMP is preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement operations, procurement reporting, or procurement data analytics.
  • Ability to work and navigate effectively in a complex organization projecting ethical leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Experience working with procurement systems (e.g., Bonfire, Yardi, or contract lifecycle management systems) from a reporting and data management perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, analyze, and interpret large data sets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Procurement certifications (e.g., SCMP, OPBA, CPSM) are considered an asset but not required.
