As a DevOps Engineer Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our Engineering team, working on cutting-edge security and identity products. You will focus on deployment, orchestration, secure communication, and more, using the latest industry technologies.

- Hybrid in Dallas, TX or Ottawa, Canada, requiring three days in the office each week.
What You Will Be Doing
As a DevOps Engineer Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our Engineering team, working on cutting-edge security and identity products. You will focus on deployment, orchestration, secure communication, and more, using the latest industry technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of build and release pipelines, ensuring their ongoing maintenance
- Lead and provide support to a team of three global DevOps engineers.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of our cloud deployment strategy for optimal resource utilization
- Conduct code and documentation reviews, share knowledge, and provide feedback to uphold high standards
- Train, coach, and mentor stakeholders on Azure DevOps and Git version control best practices
- Advocate for DevOps best practices among development and operations teams
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to test and resolve deployment issues for new hardware/software
- Document procedures and proactively communicate with team members to ensure best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and support development teams with project deployments to staging and production environments
- Provide constructive feedback and technical recommendations in cross-team planning meetings
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- 2+ Years of experience in a DevOps management role
- 5+ Years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- 3+ Years of experience working with at least one major cloud provider (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Experience in building CI/CD processes for complex solutions
- Proficiency in scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python
- Expertise in containerization – building, deploying, and managing containers
- Experience developing workflows for Kubernetes
- Deploying environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) with Terraform
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align development and operations teams
- Excellent problem-solving and adaptability to drive continuous improvement

Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices—or where the job description specifies a required location—will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.
