Description
What You’ll Do:
- Increase Proposal Conversion: Dedicated follow-up on Power Generation Product Line proposals to accelerate decisions and improve close rates—freeing up BD leads to focus on high-value pursuits.
- Centralized Opportunity Management: Proactively review and triage RFP portals across all product lines (Electric and Gas) to ensure timely responses and reduce missed opportunities.
- CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Visibility: Maintain opportunity records in CRM for all Product Lines, ensuring data integrity, forecast accuracy, and better leadership visibility for decision-making.
- Scale BD Capacity: Amplify the impact of our current BD team by handling administrative and tactical sales functions, enabling BD leaders to spend more time with clients and advancing strategic pursuits.
- Improve Responsiveness & Client Experience: Ensure prompt and consistent communication with clients’ post-proposal submission, reinforcing our reputation as a responsive and professional partner.
- Enable Pursuit Discipline: Support capture planning activities by tracking follow-ups, updating pursuit status, and flagging internal deadlines, enhancing win probabilities across product lines.
- 3+ years in a Business Development support environment
- 3+ years working with RFP’s
- Experience operating in a CRM
- AS or BS in a Business-related field
- Experience working with Electric or Gas Utilities
