The Financial Planner, Senior Administrative Assistant is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant, enthusiastic, and high-energy team.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you are:
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Support operational excellence through the execution of day-to-day activities such as: Create, prepare, and maintain new and existing client records within the Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce), including the consistent application of the ‘Salesforce 8’ framework.
- Influence a service excellence culture through the delivery of exceptional client experiences
- Be a Trusted Business Partner; build cross-functional partnerships to optimize business outcomes
- Provide support in the development and execution of an effective sales enablement strategy and recommend opportunities to enable business vision/goals
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

- Working knowledge of the various sales tools and technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, IntraLink, IP, Blueprint, Morningstar, etc.) is an asset.
- Previous experience working as an administrative assistant, supporting advisor-facing roles is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Work in a standard office-based environment including heavy computer usage; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited to moderate travel domestically across Canada can be anticipated.
