About The Role
As our Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales function. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team where your impact is real, ownership is high, and growth potential is unlimited.
In this role, you'll work closely with our founders to:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Engage with recruiting leaders and talent teams to understand their challenges and position Tofu as the solution
- Refine and optimize our sales process, leveraging insights from customer interactions
- Collaborate with product and marketing to align go-to-market efforts
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in ambiguity
- Naturally curious, solution-oriented, and customer-obsessed
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and excited to grow with the team
- Passionate about emerging technologies and eager to experiment
