About The Role

As our Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales function. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team where your impact is real, ownership is high, and growth potential is unlimited.

In this role, you'll work closely with our founders to:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads
  • Engage with recruiting leaders and talent teams to understand their challenges and position Tofu as the solution
  • Refine and optimize our sales process, leveraging insights from customer interactions
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to align go-to-market efforts

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in ambiguity
  • Naturally curious, solution-oriented, and customer-obsessed
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and excited to grow with the team
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and eager to experiment
