What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Development – Strengthen the firm’s reputation as a leader in the industry while expanding its client base.
• Leadership & Team Building – Develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Project Delivery & Execution – Oversee all phases of electrical projects, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant designs.
• Strategic Planning – Identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and enhance project profitability.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects align with their goals.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in a Canadian province.
• 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong expertise in building codes, energy codes, and electrical standards.
• Proven experience managing teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, client management, and project coordination skills.
• A passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers.
• LEED Accreditation is a plus but not required.
