Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems—furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless units—for residential and light commercial clients.
- Perform maintenance and install components (thermostats, compressors, coils) to keep systems running efficiently.
- Deliver top-tier customer service—explain issues, provide clear quotes, and ensure satisfaction.
- Log jobs in ServiceTitan—track parts, time, and spot upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Service Managers and dispatch for seamless operations and skill growth.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and safety standards—report hazards immediately.
- 2+ years HVAC service and repair experience—residential or light commercial.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills—fix it right, fix it fast.
- Excellent communication—build trust with Kelowna clients.
- Valid driver’s license, clean record—ready to hit the road.
- Commitment to a long-term role—grow with us in the Okanagan.
- $70K–$90K salary—based on experience.
