The Successful Candidate’s Responsibilities Will Include
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our web and desktop applications.
- Requirements gathering and analysis to validate project feasibility, cost, and effort.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure functionality is maintained for all users.
- Facilitate training for staff on comprehension, navigation, and utilization.
- Responding to system inquiries and the technologies it supports.
- Staying current with features and capabilities for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators.
- Writing clean and scalable code, following code best practices.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues as necessary.
- Years of experience: 1-3 years.
- Graduated from a Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree or a Technology program.
- A high level of critical thinking, accountability, and adaptability.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
- The ability to take initiative.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel, Vue, and MySQL.
- Passion for customer service excellence.
- Experience working with UX/UI considered an asset.
- Experience with web and/or mobile application development.
- Experience using Git (version control) and issue tracking system.
