We are a team of tech experts who work on AWS-based SaaS solutions for the Automotive Industry. Automotive mobile data and analytics are the core of our business. As the Head of Quality Assurance, you will have an opportunity to drive test strategy, automation, and continuous improvement across the entire engineering lifecycle, acting as both a quality evangelist and a strategic partner to product and engineering leadership.
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on individual to lead the QA function within our engineering department. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive quality strategy that supports and scales with our growing product roadmap. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and operations to ensure our software is reliable, performant, and delivers an outstanding user experience.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing QA team across manual and automated testing.
- Define and drive the overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices across the SDLC.
- Partner with engineering leadership to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left testing practices.
- Own test automation frameworks and increase coverage targets across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms.
- Promote and ensure continuous shift from manual to automated testing for the entire QA team.
- Establish clear quality metrics and drive continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.
- Ensure release readiness and risk management across all production deployments.
- Advocate for quality across the organization and serve as a key voice in release and product discussions.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Proven experience leading QA teams in fast-paced, agile software environments.
- Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks..
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and modern dev/test workflows..
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to influence without authority.
