WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Manager, Websites - Incubator Brands to lead the online sales, digital experience and execution for the DECIEM Incubator brands. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the e-commerce Sales, Site, Content, SEO, Digital (UI & Copy), CRM and Paid Media to support new business growth. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of digital merchandising, content strategy, and platform optimization with a Commercial mindset.

This is a part-time (3 days a week) contract opportunity that ends April 2026.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Collaborate with the Incubator team to launch newly incubated brand sites, recommend and implement best practices for speed to launch
  • Work closely within Shopify to make any web, content, SEO updates to Loopha.com and other sites while ensuring a best in class user experience
  • Execute CRM and Paid Media campaigns to acquire new customers and drive traffic and conversion
  • Collaborate with the Incubator Team to execute commercial moments for Loopha.com across all channels
  • Manage the Demand and Sales Plan in close collaboration with the Online Commercial Director
  • Create and oversee a content management strategy covering the day-to-day content production process and handling of content from creation to archival for new brand launches
  • Manage website updates to support stakeholder requests and organizational priorities
  • Work with key product development and technology teams, to ensure speed to market on incubator brands
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements that enhance customer experience and business results

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 3+ years managing cross-functional digital or marketing related projects, and/or ecommerce brand management experience
  • Shopify experience is required, Salesforce Market Cloud or other CRM platforms is also ideally preferred
  • Solid organization and time management skills, detail-oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Possess a can-do attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile to champion Online business goals and understands the importance of project execution
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships and have an influence on stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a sound commercial understanding of digital & eCommerce channels and how this integrates into both the marketing mix and site operations
  • Excellent verbal, written and PowerPoint presentation skills with demonstrated confidence in communicating with people at all levels
