The Recruiting Manager is primarily responsible for the direct supervision of the Recruiters. This position will provide overall direction and assist the professional recruiters in recruiting and retaining contract employees.
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, training and evaluating recruiters.
- Provide overall direction and assist the professional recruiters in recruiting and retaining contract employees.
- Implement a detailed marketing program of personal sales calls, telephone sales, direct mail and public relations for assigned recruitment area.
- Train the recruiters and support staff in the effective utilization of TechBase/AS400 systems
- Deliver high quality service to customers and contract employees by matching contract employees’ skills with customer needs.
- Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service
- Manage the Order Management Process from receiving to completing a technical assignment.
- Comprehend complex job orders
- Respond to and qualify job orders efficiently
- Communicate effectively with buying influences.
- Make key skill resume submittals to acquire new or additional business.
- Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or contract employees.
- Build professional relationships with customers, contract employees and staff.

Qualifications
Required
- AA/AS degree in sales/marketing, business administration or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years previous recruiting experience in a technical service industry required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical environment and/or formal technical training.
- Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and negotiate with others (e.g., staff, temporaries).
- Ability to develop (i.e., through teaching, training, etc.) professional skills of employees.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things to determine action.
- Ability to influence the opinions or decisions of others and effectively and tactfully deal with people.
