Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, managing upgrades, and maintaining a clean and efficient environment aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administration tasks such as user and group management, role assignments, data maintenance, and application monitoring.

  • Manage SLAs, notifications, knowledge articles, and application health checks.

  • Troubleshoot platform errors, perform diagnostics, and escalate to vendor support when needed.

  • Assist with application version upgrades and ensure smooth patch implementations.

  • Monitor compatibility and resolve any issues arising from updates.

  • Regularly audit the platform to identify and remove outdated configurations, inactive workflows, or unused data.

  • Ensure the ServiceNow environment remains efficient, organized, and compliant with industry best practices.

  • Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

  • Support the integration of new modules and features as the organization’s needs evolve.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience administering the ServiceNow platform.

  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.

  • Experience with user and data administration, notifications, SLAs, and platform upgrades.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
