The Senior Procurement Specialist will ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, services, and technology. They are responsible for supplier performance, contract negotiation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners in an international environment. They will have to juggle multiple vendors, multiple internal clients, priorities and timelines simultaneously.

In this role you will :

  • Manage multiple marketing and production procurements from preparation to contract finalization.
  • Manage appropriate contracts and invoice approvals, onboarding and handoff to BHVR’s internal teams and monitor supplier quality performance.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines while ensuring compliance and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely and communicate effectively at all stages of the partnership with internal teams including marketing, production, finance, and legal.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, serving as the main point of contact for performance and issue resolution.
  • Perform vendor quality reviews with internal teams and manage external partner communications and performance feedback.
  • Submit and track NDA, MNDA, Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Contracts (renewals, and amendments) with the Legal department to ensure timely approvals and contractual compliance.
  • Apply effectively the understanding of the industry standards, business practices, terms & conditions and level of services of external suppliers to evaluate and manage them effectively.
  • Support sourcing and evaluation of new partners through market research and industry insights.

What we're looking for :

  • University-Undergraduate degree 1er cycle (BAC) .
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Office Microsoft Suite.
  • Proven experience in contrat negotiation and influence.
  • Strong expertise in networking and partnership building.
  • Experience and understanding of the game industry is a plus.
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication in French and in English.
