As a Retail Learning Manager, you will plan, implement and lead innovative training and development programs to meet the needs of the business. We believe people make the difference. Additional information
The appointed candidate will be offered salary within the annual range of $110,000-$140,000CAD, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and the option for DPSP retirement employer contribution and RRSP.

- Preparing and facilitating the Louis Vuitton Americas Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores and region's specific needs;
- Supporting the region in driving clients delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills by way of observation and coaching;
- Providing ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes and behaviors of all team members.
