Delta-X Research offers a competitive salary of $80,000 – $105,000 per year (based on related education and experience) plus profit sharing. The Technical Project Manager’s key responsibilities include:
Customer Onboarding: Lead onboarding after Sales handoff, deliver training, coordinate experts, and refine documentation for long-term success.
Customer Projects: Manage full project lifecycle — kickoff, planning, coordination, and execution — keeping timelines and teams aligned.
Technical Enablement & Integration Support: Guide customers through technical setup, translate requirements, and coordinate smooth SaaS integration.
Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support to triage issues, bridge coverage gaps, and surface trends or risks.
Customer Engagement: Drive ongoing success through check-ins, training, usage reviews, and feedback collection.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Background in software systems, data integration, or networked applications strongly preferred.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is an asset.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment.
- Proven success leading customer-facing software implementations, onboarding, or integrations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong project planning and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Skilled at facilitating customer meetings and training sessions with clarity and confidence.
- Familiar with SaaS business models and how onboarding supports long-term customer success.
- Understands how APIs and data systems connect in enterprise environments.
