Kingpin Bowlounge Boston Pizza is currently hiring FOH Manager. A Front of House Manager at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, assists the General Manager with the Restaurant’s daily operations. This includes supporting the training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Front of House Manager supports the team to ensure that our most important people, our Guests, and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to thriving workplace culture.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting the General Manager with daily operations.
  • Providing outstanding guest satisfaction and service.
  • Providing leadership, problem solving, and decision making in all areas of the FOH.
  • Ensuring guest focus is your first priority.
  • Meeting and maintaining accountability and profitability of specific areas as determined by operating standards.
  • Providing ongoing training, motivating and monitoring of staff.
  • Excellent use of your time management skills and attention to detail.

What we're looking for?

  • At least 3 years of previous management experience in a hospitality industry.
  • People person who can maintain a positive composure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can work cohesively with all team members.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Standard First Aid/CPRC/AED certification
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new job specific software.
