Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Connected TV (CTV), and other platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.

We are looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Connected TV (CTV), and other platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.

- Develop and lead comprehensive media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), CTV, and traditional channels to support brand and performance marketing objectives
- Translate business goals into actionable campaigns, aligning messaging and targeting to acquisition and retention efforts
- Own and manage the media calendar, ensuring alignment with cross-functional initiatives and strategic priorities
- Lead relationships with external media and creative agencies—ensuring clear briefing, campaign delivery, optimization, and budget adherence
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle including asset delivery, testing, launch, and real-time performance optimization to meet KPIs like ROAS, leads, and engagement
- Collaborate across teams (CRM, web, email, sales, creative) to ensure campaigns are customer-centric and data-informed
- Establish KPIs, lead performance reviews, and deliver monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy and improve positioning
- Oversee budget planning, media buys, and vendor invoicing to ensure ROI-focused execution
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, CTV, and other digital platforms
- Proven success leading multi-channel media strategy with clear business results
- Experience managing external agencies and creative vendors with a focus on performance optimization
- Strong eye for creative and understanding of channel-specific best practices across display, video, and paid social
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint; Smartsheet experience a plus
- Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills
