Manager Product Management

We’re looking for a Manager of Product Management to join our growing team. This role will report and work closely with our Head of Product (who brings deep domain expertise in tours and attractions) and help shape how we build product at RocketRez. This role is responsible for managing the execution of the product roadmap at RocketRez, turning strategic direction into coordinated, high-impact development. This role ensures that our vision becomes reality through thoughtful planning, cross-functional alignment, and continuous iteration.  

This person will oversee 2–3 Product Managers, drive operational and strategic excellence across the product org, and help coach and mentor the team as we enter our next phase of growth. 

Our ideal candidate brings product leadership experience from a SaaS startup, thrives in ambiguity, and excels at building high-functioning, cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities 

• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, validate features post-launch, and close feedback loops with data and customer insights. 
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Product Managers, providing coaching, clarity, and development support 
• Partner with the Head of Product to build, evolve, and communicate our product vision and roadmap 
• Work closely with Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams to ensure alignment across discovery, delivery, and launch 
• Champion structured discovery and voice-of-customer efforts to inform prioritization 
• Support the development of scalable product operations—feedback loops, rituals, intake processes, and KPIs 
• Balance near-term delivery goals with long-term product thinking 
• Help the Head of Product shape team culture, rituals, and communication across the org 
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable work packages 
• Stay ahead of trends in the tours, ticketing, and attractions space—surfacing insights and opportunities 

Key Qualifications 

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS environment 
• 2+ years managing Product Managers or directly mentoring others 
• A track record of delivering high-impact products with cross-functional teams 
• Ability to coach others while still rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front 
• Confident facilitator with strong communication skills—you can align stakeholders and simplify complex systems 
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product road mapping software. 
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies 
• Experience working with both technical and customer-facing teams 
• Bonus: Familiarity with the tours, attractions, ticketing, or hospitality industry 
• Bonus: Background in startup or scale-up environments
