Role Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Designer to bring bold, strategic ideas to life across print, digital, and web. From concept to execution, you’ll help shape the visual storytelling behind major lottery campaigns—designing everything from brochures and banners to immersive web and email experiences. You’ll also play a key role in optimizing user journeys on our campaign websites, ensuring seamless, high-converting interactions with ticket ordering systems. Key Areas of Responsibility
- Design engaging print and digital materials including brochures, signage, banners, ticket stock, billboards, and advertisements.
- Build, update, and maintain project websites (primarily WordPress), ensuring accessibility, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize campaign websites for seamless ticket ordering experiences and conversion-focused user flows.
- Design and deploy commercial email campaigns and newsletters.
- Create digital assets for use across social media and online ads, aligned with campaign branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver all creative outputs on time, on budget, and in brand.
- Support video editing and motion design as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic and web design, across both print and digital channels.
- Strong visual storytelling and layout design skills with a compelling portfolio.
- Proficiency in WordPress, including backend maintenance and front-end design.
- Ability to create and edit HTML or PHP pages for custom features.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Dialog Insight, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Understanding of web usability, responsive design, and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent time management and organization, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creative excellence.
