Job Summary:
Responsible to achieve sales goals, market share and profitability for the account customers, in accordance with Arterra Wines Canada policies. Manage customer relationship and the grow the portfolio by broadening account penetration and identifying new opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the results for the account(s) from revenue ($XM - $YM), value share of market, and CAM ($XM - $YM) perspective
- Present, negotiate and ensure the integration of corporate strategies (new product launch, promos, retail prices, distribution, etc.) to secure the achievement of established corporate objectives while respecting specific profile of each customer. Initiate and coordinate customized programs for each customer
- Manage budget granted for each account ($) and use BI, Revenue management, Finance data and other tools to ensure Arterra Wines Canada gets the best ROI
- Prepare, recommend forecast and evaluate the promo plan
- Develop and maintain strong business relationship with external and internal customers to ensure ongoing and increased market growth of Arterra Wines Canada products
- This will be a 12 month contract
- University Degree
- 3-5 years in Key Account or Account Management
- Experience in Beverage Alcohol or Consumer Package Goods
- Has connection / experience with key customers
- Valid driver’s license
- WSET2 or equivalent
- WSET3 and/or Wine Certifications
