The internal sales representative acts as a resource person for promoting our products to customers, assessing their needs and submitting proposals that will result as often as possible in a sale.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

  • Assessing customer needs and resources and recommending appropriate goods and services
  • Providing data for product design when goods and services must be tailored to the customer’s needs
  • Preparing specifications based on project plans/specifications and the full proposal
  • Preparing technical drawings and data sheets for client approval
  • Answering calls from clients and external representatives
  • Ensuring that finished projects are complete and accurate
  • Managing projects and working with mechanical contractors and engineers
  • Informing customers about standards
  • Following up with customers verbally or in writing to ensure their satisfaction
  • Determining the best method to use to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction and company compliance with policies
  • Answering customer requests, questions and complaints related to products and services

What You Bring To Our Team

  • Completed secondary school diploma
  • Training related to the sales field or in an HVAC-R field
  • Sales training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Answering the phone professionally and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and work quickly
