We’re looking for a high-energy, coachable, and ambitious Account Executive (AE) to join our fast-growing Accounts Receivable (AR) sales team. You’ll be responsible for converting both low-intent and high-intent leads into qualified pipeline and closed-won revenue. This includes:
  • Following a disciplined sales process
  • Developing compelling ROI-based business cases
  • Building strong relationships with internal marketing and external partners to increase lead flow and conversion

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively engage and convert low-intent, dormant, and early-stage leads into active sales opportunities through creative outreach and consistent follow-up
  • Qualify and convert high-intent inbound leads from marketing campaigns and partner channels with speed and precision
  • Build and present compelling business cases with realistic ROI models that align to customer pain points and priorities
  • Work closely with key go-to-market partners to develop relationships, stay aligned on campaigns, and unlock new opportunities through partner-driven lead generation
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close using a structured, insight-led sales process
  • Leverage tools such as CRM, sequencing platforms, and ROI calculators to drive scalable and predictable results
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to optimize lead handoffs and conversion strategies


What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech, AR/AP automation, or financial operations software
  • Proven success converting low- and high-intent leads into revenue through strategic outreach and consultative selling
  • Strong storytelling and value selling skills, with the ability to build and deliver business cases that tie directly to ROI and cash flow impact
  • Experience building or maintaining productive relationships with channel or referral partners
  • High energy, growth mindset, and a drive to exceed goals and advance career growth
  • Highly coachable and adaptable — quick to learn and eager to improve
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), outreach tools, and sales enablement platforms


This position has a salary range of $100,000 - 130,000 CAD Annual.
