Richelieu Hardware is looking for an INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the Laval, QC office.

Reporting to the Sales Director (Retail Sales Department), your role will include, among other things, supporting the external sales force by providing administrative and operational support for all completed sales of goods and delivering quick and quality customer service to external and internal clients, including analyzing customer needs and offering our value-added solutions.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:

  • Respond to requests from existing and potential customers received by email and phone regarding sales.
  • Process customer orders and ensure follow-up until delivery.
  • Prepare quotes and send them to customers and Sales Representatives within the specified deadlines.
  • Manage requests for returns of merchandise.
  • Work closely with assigned territory representatives to achieve established goals.
  • Perform internal administrative responsibilities such as sales sheets, quotes, and others.
  • Apply the parameters defined by the company's customer service guide.

Requirements :

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of imperial and metric measurements
  • Bilingual (French and English)
