Financial Controller

As Controller, you will oversee the full accounting cycle, ensure accurate financial reporting, and play a key role in managing the company's growth through consolidation efforts. You will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, with particular attention to inventory management.

Missions

• Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation of multiple entities
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
• Manage inventory accounting and cost analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
• Support integration of newly acquired entities
• Maintain a hands-on approach while working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Profil du candidat

• CPA designation is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, including a managerial role
• Experience with inventory accounting
• Experience in retail or consumer goods is a strong asset
• Excellent knowledge of consolidation and multi-entity and currency reporting
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English; intermediate level of French is acceptable
