Project Coordinator

MatchBox is seeking a Project Coordinator to support business change initiatives and energy management programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, financial, and marketing coordination within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process applications for energy management programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve problematic applications
- Ensure program consistency and adherence to guidelines
- Recommend and implement process or policy improvements
- Review and approve applications, prepare quotes and proposals
- Coordinate delivery of post-sales services and offerings
- Support project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communications
- Manage documentation in accordance with internal standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience
- Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Communication, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-volume work environments
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to attend the Vancouver office once per week (Dunsmuir location)
- Must have a personal laptop and second monitor for remote work
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP experience preferred
