Position Responsibilities
- Conduct in-market data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive commercial strategies.
- Develop and maintain reports that illustrate performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Manage sales forecasting processes to predict future sales trends and inform business planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and sales strategies.
- Assist in developing incentive compensation frameworks and analysis ensuring they are aligned with performance goals.
- Support the training of team members on business intelligence tools and data interpretation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with sales forecasting methodologies and tools is a plus.
- No direct reports.
- May require sitting or standing as needed.
- Individuals may need to walk primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
- Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.
- Proper lifting techniques required.
- Primarily an office setting with ambient room temperatures, standard lighting, and traditional office equipment.
- The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies.
