Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of advertising strategy, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Ability to communicate in French fluently to support potential clients in Quebec.

As an Automotive Account Executive, you will strategically manage and grow a portfolio of Google's largest Automotive clients. You'll deeply understand their growth drivers, identify opportunities, and develop multi-quarter strategic roadmaps to unlock significant client success. A core focus is accelerating cross-channel advertising revenue by delivering clear, data-driven strategies aligned with client business objectives. You'll forge robust relationships with senior stakeholders at client and agency levels, acting as a trusted strategic consultant. This involves translating complex data into compelling plans, optimizing ad performance, and maximizing ROI.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development of joint business plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals, and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
  • Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed revenue business targets.
  • Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
  • Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
